What do we do?
Puppet workshops: Peter and Simon Cooper have run a number of Puppet Theatres over the last 10 years, including Spotland Puppet Theatre and Storytellers, their own family puppet Theatre Group. They have performed in the Gracie Fields Theatre in Rochdale, Dartford’s Orchard Theatre, the Woodville Halls at Gravesend and Lympne Castle in Kent. They have also trained puppeteers at the Fellowship of Christian Magicians conference.
School assemblies: Peter has over 14 years of experience of working in schools, having presented Christian assemblies in more than 25 schools (that’s more than 8,000 children). You can build relationships with your nearest school and support your teachers as they try to present Christian assemblies by sponsoring Peter to go into your local school to take assemblies there. Circus workshops: Something for adults and children of any age, and a way for young people to build up their confidence. Looking for something different to do with your group? We can bring some unusual circus skills to your church or club, with a chance for young people to pick up some new skills.
Maths Magic: For Key Stage 2 in Primary schools. Peter will create a programme to suit your requirements. Peter dares to give away some secrets of magic as well as exercising maths skills in an “enjoyment of numbers” session for years 5 and 6.
“Gospel Magic”: If you are looking for a new way to communicate the Gospel, use Peter as a resource, he has a number of fresh and exciting ideas, and can speak at family services and special events for children. He is also prepared to attend training days to help and support the work of your local church. |
